NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4 day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-008037, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY A. STINELLI, KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY A STINELLI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 28 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1534, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGES 1481 AND 1630, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 88.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
