NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28 day of January, 2013, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005048, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ALEKSANDER KONOWALCZYK A/K/A ALEKSANDER KONOWALCZKY, IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEKSANDER KONOWALCZYK A/K/A ALEKSANDER KONOWALCZKY N/K/A ALEKSANDER KONOWALCZKY and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 811, BLDG., 8 IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, PAGE 3199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
