Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale 1/29/2013 and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-1898 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein EL CONQUISTADOR VILLAGE I, SECTION 2 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JUANITA NORMAN; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAN M. NORMAN, SR.; ANDREW M. NORMAN and DAN MAURICE NORMAN, JR. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1 day of March 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Villa No. 27, EL CONQUISTADOR, VILLAGE 1, SECTION 2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 644, Page 780 through 814, and amendments thereto and as Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 94 through 102, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; A/K/A: 4116 61st Ave. Ter. W., Unit 27, Bradenton, FL 34210
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
