NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-00750 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Geraldine Gobourne, Roland Gobourne, Tenant #1 n/k/a Connie Young, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

TOGETHER WITH AN ACCESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WESTERLY 20 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 6, OF SAID LORRAINE PARK.
