NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of October, 2012, and entered in Case No. 1004444CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 27 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
1381 17th Street SW, Naples, FL 34117
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 98, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 194, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
