NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-00253-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Frank M. Pollom, Jean Pollom, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure
THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 29, TIER 12, PLAN OF NAPLES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
