notice is hereby given THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT NO 96, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED I PLAT BOOK 7 PAGES 71 AND 72 PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 261 6th Street, Naples, Florida 34117.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. (EST), on the 25 day of February, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
