NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006106 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPT 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and THERESA A. PLOUGH; LEONARD T. PLOUGH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on the 8th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 & 22, BLOCK 53, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
