NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003947 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Citimortgage, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Christina H. Muratore, Vince M. Muratore a/k/a Vincent M. Muratore, The Preserve at the Shores at Berkshire Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., The Shores at Berkshire Lakes Master Homeowners Association, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1002, PHASE 10, THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409; AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2889, PAGE 771, ADDING PHASE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND EXHIBITS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
