NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-001124 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF9 is the Plaintiff and CRAIG R. MAY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN SERVICES, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 27th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

CROUSE, AND LYDIA CROUSE, HIS WIFE, BY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 327, PAGE 406 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE AND THE EXTENDED EAST LINE OF SAID CROUSE PROPERTY, 260 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET; THENCE WEST 193 FEET TO A POINT 165 FEET EAST OF WEST LINE OF SAID 10 ACRE TRACT; THENCE NORTH 100 FEET; THENCE EAST 193 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO INCLUDES ΒΌ INTEREST IN ARTESIAN WELL LOCATED DUE EAST OF THIS PROPERTY LINE.
