NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-001010 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Connie L. Ratzlaff, Percy R. Ratzlaff, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, Tenant #1 n/k/a Juandra Leiva, Tenant #2 n/k/a Dedro Leiva, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 67, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 5921 GREEN BLVD., NAPLES, FL 34116-4827
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
