NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-02448 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon, F/K/A The Bank Of New York, As Successor-In-Interest To JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., As Trustee For Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Alt -A-Trust. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-7, is the Plaintiff and Andrew Felsburg, Unknown Spouse of Andrew Felsburg N/K/A Brook Felsburg, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Orlando Rosell, Unknown Tenant #2 N/K/A Milagros Rosell, Unknown Tenant #3 N/K/A Estela Delgado, Unknown Tenant #4 N/K/A Xiomara Diaz, Unknown Tenant #5 N/K/A Jose Tobar, Unknown Tenant #6 N/K/A Yolanda Tobar, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 21, BLOCK 140, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 107 THROUGH 116, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER CUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1945 SUNSHINE BLVD, NAPLES, FL 34116
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
