NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-00604 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Carlos H. Roubicek, Elena M. Roubicek, Alexandra Bazo, Marco Island Civic Association, Inc., are defendants, , I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK 321, MARCO BEACH UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 69 THROUGH 73, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 1381 SALVADORE CT, MARCO ISLAND, FL 34145-5854
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
