NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29 day of January, 2013, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001172, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ZEDNA V. THOMAS, DAVID THOMAS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 25 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 11, NAPLES PARK UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
