NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012975 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CONNIE GESSLER A/K/A CONNIE H. GESSLER A/K/A CONNIE HOLT GESSLER A/K/A CONNIE M. GESSLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Commence at NW corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East of BEE RIDGE FARMS SUB., recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 248, of the public records of Manatee County, Florida (also recorded in Plat Book A, Page 40 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida) (Said NW corner of Lot 1 being the center line of Wilkinson Road and on the North line of SE 1/4 of said Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East); thence South along West line of said Lot 1, 24.0 feet to South right-of-way line of Wilkinson Road for a point of beginning; thence continue South along said West line of Lot 1, a distance of 17.95 feet to a point lying 145.0 feet North of the South line of North 1/2 of said Lot 1; thence East and parallel to said South line of North 1/2 of Lot, 200.0 feet; thence North and parallel to said West line of Lot 1 to aforesaid South right-of-way of Wilkinson Road; thence West along said South right-of-way line of Wilkinson Road, 200.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, being a part of the West 400.00 feet of the North 1/2 of Lot 1, Block 4, Section 3, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, BEE RIDGE FARMS SUBDIVISION, subject to an easement for ingress and egress over the East twenty (20) feet of the herein described property.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
