NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 006087, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KRZYSZTOF BANSKI, ANDALUCIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, 11:00 am on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ANDALUCIA, LOT 15, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 93 TO 97, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
