Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 29, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 921, BUILDING 9, TERRACE III AT STONEYBROOK, IN THE CITY OF NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS, OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 2370, AT PAGE 2561, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 7525 STONEYBROOK DR, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on February 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
