NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 007671 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ASHOT MARGARYAN; GAYANE MARGARYAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 8th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK 267, FIRST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 11, PAGE 29, 29A-29M, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
