MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-S4 is the Plaintiff and BRETT M. SLOAT; LAURA SLOAT; SUNTRUST BANK; FOXBROOK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; INDYMAC BANK, FSB; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
