NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001574-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP1 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered), is the Plaintiff and GERALD WILLIAMS; SUSAN S. LEMLEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 4 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
