Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on February 25, 2013, at 11:00 am at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Week 45 in Unit 201 of Sunrise Bay Resort & Club, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 963, Page 220, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
