NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 4, 2012 and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-016307 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB1 is the Plaintiff and DAVID A. SANTELLI; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. SANTELLI N/K/A LISA SANTELLI; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
