NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000554 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Rachel G. Green a/k/a Rachel G. Patterson, Steve A. Patterson, Tenant #1 n/k/a Gwen Green, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK E, LAKE TRAFFORD SHORES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
