NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 29, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003765 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and CARL SPERDUTI, ELIZABETH SPERDUTI, BANK OF NAPLES, SYSCO WEST COAST FLORIDA, INC., JAMES R. LONG, P.A., SATURNIA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, n/k/a FABIOLA FERNANDEZ, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer to the highest bidder for cash on February 25, 2013,, beginning at 11:00 AM, at the THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRIAL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 232, SATURNIA LAKES - PLAT THREE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 67, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
