UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING C-6, LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUM, UNIT III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889, PAGES 124 THROUGH 191-A, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Suite 200, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Collier County Courthouse Annex, Attn: Circuit Civil, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
