in the COUNTY court of the
TWENTIETH judicial circuit in and for COLLIER county, florida - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on February 25, 2013 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Apartment No. 1641 C Spoonbill Lane, Naples Bath and Tennis Club, Unit H, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded at O.R. Book 992, Page 1116, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
