NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-000041, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSORY BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and LILLIAM D. RAJOY A/K/A LILLIAM RAJOY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LILLIAM D. RAJOY A/K/A LILLIAM RAJOY; ORCHID COVE AT PORT OF THE ISLANDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., are Defendants.
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 25 day of February, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 20-201, ORCHID COVE, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4164, PAGE 1050 ET SEQ., AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN ALL COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
This property is located at the Street address of: 25085 Peacock Lane, Unit 201, Naples, FL 34114.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
