NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002219 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Luis Vasquez, Regions Bank Successor by Merger with Amsouth Bank, Unknown Tenant N/K/A Moses Santezo, Sonia Vasquez, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00AM on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 18, BLOCK 136 OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A/K/A 1973 SW 49TH TER, NAPLES, FL 34116
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
