The administration of the estate of MARGARET THERESA WEEKS, Deceased, Case No. 13-CP-0036, is pending in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Collier County Courthouse, Suite 102, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112-5324. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's Will is June 29, 1993. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested person on whom a copy of the Notice of Administration is served must object to the validity of the Will, qualification of the Personal Representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the Court, by filing a petition or other pleading requesting relief in accordance with the Florida Probate Rules, WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE NOTICE ON THE OBJECTING PERSON, OR THOSE OBJECTIONS ARE FOREVER BARRED.
Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to elective share is required to file an election to take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
