NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002170 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-5 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Frank Fordham, Jr.; Linda Diane Fordham; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK F, LORRAINE PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
