Beach Revocable Living Trust dated November 1, 1997, The Unknown Successor Trustee of The Alton B. Beach Revocable Living Trust dated November 1, 1997, Oakwood Gardens Owners Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Ramona Hoffman, William H. Soady, as Beneficiary of The Alton B. Beach Revocable Living Trust dated November 1, 1997 , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
