Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 29th, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-009911, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and CLIFTON J. MARTIN, JR. , et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
SITUATE IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: S 27 FT OF LOT 2 & ALL LOT 3 BLK 5 THE PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 28, AND RE-RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, LIMITATIONS, EASEMENTS AND AGREEMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 21st day of May, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
