Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 103, JAPANESE GARDENS MOBILE HOME PARK, according to Exhibit “A” and located as shown on Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease, recorded in Official Records Book 1544, Pages 1427 through 1454, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The following described mobile home and the contents therein are located on the Unit:
1971 VNDA Mobile Home, VIN #263TECDR12079, TITLE #4353892, located at Lot #103, in Japanese Gardens Mobile Home Park, 670 Gloriosa Drive, Venice, Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on March 04, 2013. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus
