HENDRIXSON; CARL HENDRIXSON AKA CARL D. HENDRIXSON; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
