Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 28, 2013, in case number 2012 CA 006704 NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein First Collinsville Bank, a financial institution organized under the laws of the State of Illinois is the Plaintiff and Robert E. Troske, Karen M. Troske, The Planation Management Association, Inc., Kensington Preserve of St. Andrews East Association, Inc., United States of America, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown #2 are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 11th day of March, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204, Building 1669, Kensington Preserve of St. Andrews East at the Plantation, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in the Official Records as Instrument Number 200544388, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 23, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1669 Monarch Dr., Venice, FL. 34293. The Real Property tax identification number is 0441-15-1008.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
