NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012213-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL INC. TRUST MORGAN STANLEY MSAC 2005-HE7 is the Plaintiff and MARY TAYLOR A/K/A MARY M. TAYLOR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGIONS BANK SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; REGIONS BANK; FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
