NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-011022-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and SCOTT C. MARTIN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT C. MARTIN N/K/A MRS. MARTIN; SUNTRUST BANK; CEDAR HAMMOCK OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
