BRACK A/K/A DONALD E. BRACK, JR A/K/A DONALD BRACK, JR; ANDRA L. BRACK; MYRTLE TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 187, MYRTLE TRACE AT THE PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1651, PAGES 608 THROUGH 670, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 46 THROUGH 46K, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
