Bonnie L. Tappin, Donald K. Tappin, Gideon Rechnitz, Trustee of the Tappin Family Trust, Bank of America, National Association successor by merger of LaSalle Bank National Association, as trustee, in Trust for the Holders of Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Ted Lawler and Ryan Mickelson;

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-3888-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES 1997-R3, is Plaintiff, and Bonnie L. Tappin, Donald K. Tappin, Gideon Rechnitz, Trustee of the Tappin Family Trust, Bank of America, National Association successor by merger of LaSalle Bank National Association, as trustee, in Trust for the Holders of Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Ted Lawler and Ryan Mickelson, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of March, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1349, Regency Park, Unit 8, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 120 and 121, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Street Address: 7811 Treasure Point, Port Richey, FL 34668
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
