NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JAN. 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-003698-WS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and WILLIAM B. WHEELEY; MARY PATRICIA WHEELEY; ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
