NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 05, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004624-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CAROLLE REMY, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1929, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 11-B PHASE TWO, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 129-131, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
