BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and KEVIN JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on 27 day of February, 2013 at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 12, UNIT 4, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27, EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
