NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-003031-XXXX WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, and pursuant to Florida Statutes ยง45.031, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of March, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 230, AUTUMN OAKS, UNIT FOUR-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 12 AND 13, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
