THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and JULIO CHOU; TERESA CHOU; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, ADDITION TWO TO LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
