Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-006385-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and LV PROPERTY HOLDINGS, LLC, MICHAEL VARGO and LARRY F. LAWSON, II are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on 12th day of March, 2013, inaccordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described properties set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:
SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN.

That part of Lots 6, 7, and 8, Block 159, City of Zephyrhills, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 54, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, lying North of the R/W of State Road #54; LESS that part of said Lot 8, described as follows, to wit: Begin at a point where the Westerly boundary line of Lot 8 intersects with the Northerly R/W line of State Road #54 for a point of beginning; thence run in an Easterly direction along said R/W line 5 feet; thence run in a Northly direction to a point on the Northerly boundary line of said Lot 8, 25 feet Easterly of the Northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence run along said Northerly boundary line to the Northwest corner of said Lot 8, thence run along the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 8, to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
