LOT 6, BLOCK 16, MEADOW POINT III, PARCEL “SS”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 138-142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
cand commonly known as: 1036 MILLEBOURNE WAY, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33543; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on March 12, 2013 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
