ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-24 is the Plaintiff and DIVA GARLAUSKAS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; PINE RIDGE AT SUGAR CREEK VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
