NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-009097 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-15XS, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-15XS is the Plaintiff and RICK L. GOLDIE, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GOLDENROD TRUST, and GROVES FUNDING CORPORATION, are the Defendants.
