NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-053296 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and SANDRA JANE VISCO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SANDRA JANE VISCO LIVING TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 6, 2000; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SANDRA JANE VISCO LIVING TRUST UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 6, 2000; SANDRA VISCO A/K/A SANDRA JANE VISCO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PINE RIDGE AT FT. CONDOMINIUM UNIT G1, BUILDING NO. 101, PINE RIDGE AT FORT MYERS, VILLAGE I - NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1809, PAGES 332 TO 412, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
