THE LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED IN LOT 52 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF SUBURBAN HOMESITES SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT BEING 95.09 FEET ON THE NORTH AND 95.12 FEET ON THE SOUTH.
